All products we supply are authentic Korean products sourced from manufacturers or official distributors. A Certificate of Origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce can be provided upon request.

All products are supplied with a sufficient shelf life of generally two-thirds of a month from the date of production.

MOQ varies by brand and item. Typically, it starts at 100–300 units per SKU, with a brand order value of USD 3,000–8,500. Products are sold in boxes or cartons rather than individually. Depending on the brand, multiple SKUs may be combined to meet the total MOQ.

Orders must meet MOQ requirements. For an order below MOQ, the supply rate may increase by approximately 3–5%; we will check supply availability and notify you. We do not accept trial orders or sample orders below MOQ.

Send your product list, quantities and destination by email or WhatsApp. Pricing depends on quantity, Incoterms and destination. Quotations are valid for a limited period; air-shipping surcharges and labeling costs are excluded.

Payment is by T/T bank transfer: 50% deposit to proceed with ordering and the remaining 50% before shipment.

Some brands may provide free samples, but we do not normally supply brand-specific samples. If you wish to try a product, please purchase it from an online retailer before placing a wholesale order. Trial or sample orders below MOQ are not accepted.

Typically 5–14 days, depending on the brand. Confirm the current schedule with your quotation.

DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight or sea freight, depending on order volume and destination. Shipping costs can only be estimated before packing is complete. Our stated shipping terms are FOB Incheon, Korea; Busan Port ocean shipments carry an additional USD 180 charge.

Full ingredient list (INCI), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and Certificate of Origin (COO) issued by the Chamber of Commerce. Mixing ratios cannot be provided because they are trade secrets.

Most brands do not provide a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or LOA as a standard document. Certificates issued directly by headquarters are generally available only to authorized contracting partners. LOA and CFS may be available where an overseas company has a formal direct contract with the brand. Please inquire before ordering.

Exporters like us cannot provide DTC sales authorizations or brand-specific LOA. These must be obtained through brand headquarters where your company has a direct supply agreement.

We do not offer OEM/ODM or private label services to first-time clients. These services are available only to long-term customers. Our general wholesale conditions also state that private label services are not provided; please discuss any specific request with us.
